Course Information

There will be water stops and porta-potties along the course.  There will be restrooms at some of the participating wineries. First aid will be present along the course.  The wineries you can taste at are Cultura, Paradiso, Dineen, Hyatt, Bonair, Portteus, Whitman Hill, VanArnam,

Two Mountain and Silver Lake.

  

Participating Wineries

All wineries involved along the course are offering a modified tasting of one of their wines for free. Silver Lake Winery will be offering one white or red tasting sample. Please make sure that you have your ID on you during the run as each winery will be responsible for checking it prior to tastings. Also any cash or debit card on hand to taste a flight.

Parking/Shuttling Service

10k, 15k or 13.1 Parking

Parking for all of the runs will be limited so we are strongly encouraging runners to carpool if possible. Parking for the 10K, 15K & Half Marathon will be at Bonair Winery. 

Our volunteers will be helping with directing parking.

 

5k Parking

5K Run will be at Zillah Middle School. 

We will be shuttling runners to Two Mountains Winery for the start the race. 

Please arrive early to ensure we can accommodate all of the runners getting to their start location.  Shuttle service will start at 9:00 from Zillah Middle School.

Zillah Middle School address: 1301 Cutler Way, Zillah, WA 98953.  When the run is finished we will be shuttling runners back to their cars as needed from Silverlake Winery. 

 

FOR THE SAFETY OF THE RUNNERS, WE STRONGLY DISCOURAGE ANY CARS ON THE COURSE DURING THE RACE.

We will have bag check at both starting Wineries. Pick up will be at Silver Lake Winery

Strollers

Yes, strollers are allowed for all races. Please give yourself plenty of space and be aware of how much space there is around you to allow for easier passing and navigation.

NO Refunds

No, similar to a concert or other limited capacity event, we do not offer refunds of any kind. Given the size of the event, it’s our priority to serve the hundreds of people that will be in attendance and make sure they are taken care of with early ordering of items like shirts, medals, and more. These items have to be ordered months in advance. This applies to injuries or any reasons for refunds (other than duplicate orders). We cannot plan properly with a limited entry race and allow registrations and refunds throughout the registration process. Similar to a sold out music concert, once your ticket is purchased, there are no refunds and you are responsible for finding someone to transfer to.

 

After Party

What to expect at the after party is a whole lot of fun and celebration time.  Food vendors are Taco Truck, Shopping Vendors will be available and post-race massages.  Please have cash on hand for the after party and your ID, and of course more

wine at Silver Lake Winery.
